LOCIQ provides a property data API and MCP server ("the Service") operated by LOCIQ, based in Kalispell, Montana. The Service aggregates publicly available property records into a queryable intelligence layer.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key. Do not share your API key publicly. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are shared or used in violation of these terms.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes including application development, data analysis, and research. You may not use the Service to: violate any law, harass individuals, scrape or redistribute raw data in bulk without an Enterprise subscription, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
The Service offers free and paid tiers billed monthly via Stripe. Paid subscriptions auto-renew. You may cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are pro-rated upon cancellation. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Each tier has defined rate limits and monthly query quotas. Exceeding these limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Persistent abuse may result in key revocation.
Property data is sourced from public records and third-party datasets. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness or timeliness of the data. The Service should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, or real estate transactions.
The Service, its API design, documentation, and proprietary algorithms (including presence scoring and entity clustering) are the intellectual property of LOCIQ. You retain ownership of any applications you build using the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LOCIQ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or decisions made based on the data.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of your API key.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
